1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using any service provided by Xplore Incredible India (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings, services, and travel arrangements.

2. Services Provided

We offer various travel-related services including but not limited to:

• Domestic and international tour packages
• Hotel and accommodation bookings
• Flight and transport arrangements
• Travel guides and itinerary planning
• Visa and travel insurance assistance

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
• Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking, as specified.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, or other methods accepted by us.
• Prices are subject to change until full payment is made.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing or via official communication channels.
• Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service and the time of cancellation.
• Standard cancellation charges:
  • More than 30 days before departure: 10% deduction
  • 15–30 days before departure: 30% deduction
  • 7–14 days before departure: 50% deduction
  • Less than 7 days: No refund
• Non-refundable bookings (e.g. flights, hotel deals) are not eligible for refunds.

5. Changes to Bookings

• Any changes to your booking (dates, destinations, number of travelers, etc.) must be requested in writing.
• Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Travel Documents and Requirements

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and health documents as required.
• We are not responsible for denied boarding, immigration issues, or related delays.

7. Health and Safety

• Travelers must ensure they are medically fit for travel.
• Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
• We are not liable for any health-related issues, accidents, or injuries during the tour.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• We act as an intermediary and are not liable for services provided by third-party vendors such as airlines, hotels, or transportation services.
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, loss of luggage, accidents, or unforeseen events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

9. Behavior and Conduct

• Travelers are expected to maintain respectful behavior during the trip.
• We reserve the right to terminate participation of any traveler whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, without refund.

10. Insurance

• We highly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and other risks.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Una, Himachal Pradesh.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
